My Commitment to Service

Ben Toma serves his community as the LD22 Arizona State Representative.  In addition to his other work in the legislator, Ben currently sits on the Banking and Insurance and Commerce Committees.

Ben’s voting record demonstrates that he is a tried and tested conservative that has voted to lower taxes, protect property rights, and improve public safety.  American’s for Prosperity and the Free Enterprise Club rank Ben among the most conservative voting legislators.

Ben is unwavering in is committed to improving the quality of Northwest Valley residents by lowering taxes, securing our boarders and ensuring our children can attend the best schools. 

Prior to his service in the Arizona Legislature, Ben served on the Peoria City Council.  With over 165,000 residents, Peoria is 9th largest city in Arizona and the city’s seven council members oversaw a greater than half billion dollar annual budge and dealt with issues such as schools, development, infrastructure planning and public safety. While on council, Ben proved he commitment to conservative principles by voting for tax cuts, voting against tax increases, stopping a costly taxpayer funded stadium from being built, supporting police, and working with developers to provide schools with more resources.

Ben is also the co-founder and CEO of Century 21 Toma Partners, one of the fastest growing CENTURY 21 franchises that has been consistently named one of Arizona’s top 25 real estate brokerages. Prior to co-founding his own company, Ben managed billion-dollar budgets and prepared financial forecasts for top executives at American Express.  He is also involved in his local church where he serves as the Music Director, and serves on the Board of Directors of Benita International, a non-profit organization established to help orphans and the needy in his native country of Romania.


Ben is married and has five daughters.
